Easy Crunchy Baked Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 10 cups cleaned trimmed kale
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 big pinches sea salt
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Toss the kale with olive oil, sea salt, and nutritional yeast

  3. Bake for 15 minutes

  4. Let cool completely before serving
