Easy Shrimp Stir Fry with Zoodles

Ingredients

  • Shrimp
  • Trader Joe's chili lime seasoning
  • Frozen stir fry vegetables
  • Avocado oil
  • Coconut aminos
  • Zoodles

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. Bake shrimp with chili lime seasoning for 15 minutes at 400°F.

  3. In a skillet, sauté frozen stir fry vegetables in a little avocado oil and coconut aminos over medium-low heat for about 8 minutes.

  4. Add zoodles and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
