Easy Shrimp Stir Fry with Zoodles
Ingredients
- Shrimp
- Trader Joe's chili lime seasoning
- Frozen stir fry vegetables
- Avocado oil
- Coconut aminos
- Zoodles
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F
Bake shrimp with chili lime seasoning for 15 minutes at 400°F.
In a skillet, sauté frozen stir fry vegetables in a little avocado oil and coconut aminos over medium-low heat for about 8 minutes.
Add zoodles and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
