Easy Egg and Avocado Cauliflower Rice Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- avocado oil
- cauliflower rice
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
- avocado
- red pepper flakes
- jalapeños
- tomatoes
Preparation
Sauté cauliflower rice in a little oil for 7-8 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon coconut aminos to the rice.
Fry 1 egg in avocado oil.
Mash avocado with red pepper flakes.
Assemble the bowl with cauliflower rice, fried egg, mashed avocado, jalapeños, and tomatoes.
