Easy Egg and Avocado Cauliflower Rice Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • avocado oil
  • cauliflower rice
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • avocado
  • red pepper flakes
  • jalapeños
  • tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Sauté cauliflower rice in a little oil for 7-8 minutes.

  2. Add 1 tablespoon coconut aminos to the rice.

  3. Fry 1 egg in avocado oil.

  4. Mash avocado with red pepper flakes.

  5. Assemble the bowl with cauliflower rice, fried egg, mashed avocado, jalapeños, and tomatoes.
