Savory Breakfast Bowl with Butternut Squash and Eggs
Ingredients

- ghee
- 1/2 avocado
- butternut squash
- cinnamon
- tomatoes
Preparation
Broil butternut squash sprinkled with cinnamon for 10 minutes.
Fry one egg in ghee.
Assemble the bowl by combining the broiled squash, fried egg, half avocado, and tomatoes.
Note: You can meal prep the butternut squash a few days in advance for easier preparation.
