Easy Egg Avocado Sweet Potato Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- ghee
- 1 Japanese sweet potato
- 1/2 avocado
Preparation
Fry 1 egg in ghee.
Cut the Japanese sweet potato into cubes.
Bake the sweet potato cubes on broil at 500°F for 10-12 minutes on the bottom shelf.
Add 1/2 avocado to assemble the bowl.
