Easy Egg Avocado Sweet Potato Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • ghee
  • 1 Japanese sweet potato
  • 1/2 avocado

Preparation

  1. Fry 1 egg in ghee.

  2. Cut the Japanese sweet potato into cubes.

  3. Bake the sweet potato cubes on broil at 500°F for 10-12 minutes on the bottom shelf.

  4. Add 1/2 avocado to assemble the bowl.
