Salmon Salad with Bacon, Egg, and Avocado
Ingredients
- Greens
- Leftover cooked salmon
- Bacon
- Zucchini
- Cauliflower rice
- 1 egg
- 1/2 avocado
Preparation
Boil the egg until hard-boiled.
Sauté the zucchini until tender.
Cook the bacon until crispy, if not already cooked.
Prepare the cauliflower rice by sautéing or steaming if raw.
Assemble all ingredients on a bed of greens.
