Salmon Salad with Bacon, Egg, and Avocado

Ingredients

  • Greens
  • Leftover cooked salmon
  • Bacon
  • Zucchini
  • Cauliflower rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 avocado

Preparation

  1. Boil the egg until hard-boiled.

  2. Sauté the zucchini until tender.

  3. Cook the bacon until crispy, if not already cooked.

  4. Prepare the cauliflower rice by sautéing or steaming if raw.
