Simple Baked Avocado Egg Boats for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • coriander or preferred herb

Preparation

  1. Cut an avocado in half and remove the stone.

  2. Scoop a little avocado from the center to make a cavity for the egg.

  3. Break an egg into the center.
