Avocado Toast with Chia Seeds and Egg

Ingredients

  • Canyon Gluten-Free 7 grain bread
  • avocado
  • Salba Chia chia seeds
  • hard-boiled egg

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread

  2. Mash the avocado

  3. Fill a pot halfway with water and eggs, bring to a boil, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 9 minutes.

  4. Move the eggs to a bowl of ice water and let sit for at least 5 minutes.

  5. Assemble the toast by spreading mashed avocado on the toasted bread, sprinkle with chia seeds, and add the sliced or chopped egg
