Avocado Toast with Chia Seeds and Egg
Ingredients
- Canyon Gluten-Free 7 grain bread
- avocado
- Salba Chia chia seeds
- hard-boiled egg
Preparation
Toast the bread
Mash the avocado
Fill a pot halfway with water and eggs, bring to a boil, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 9 minutes.
Move the eggs to a bowl of ice water and let sit for at least 5 minutes.
Assemble the toast by spreading mashed avocado on the toasted bread, sprinkle with chia seeds, and add the sliced or chopped egg
