- 1/3 avocado
- 1 soft boiled egg
- kimchi
- cantaloupe chunks
Preparation
Boil the egg for about 7 minutes and rinse with cold water to prevent further cooking.
Mash the avocado
Assemble the rice cakes by topping with mashed avocado, soft boiled egg, kimchi, and cantaloupe chunks
