Easy Baked Shrimp Zoodle Bowl Lunch
Ingredients
- shrimp
- chili lime seasoning
- zoodles
- avocado oil
- red pepper flakes
- 1/2 avocado
- tomatoes
- jalapeños
Preparation
Bake shrimp at 400°F for 15 minutes with chili lime seasoning sprinkled on top.
Sauté zoodles in avocado oil for 3-4 minutes and top with red pepper flakes.
Mash 1/2 avocado and add tomatoes and jalapeños.
Assemble all ingredients into a bowl for serving.
