Easy Baked Shrimp Zoodle Bowl Lunch

Ingredients

  • shrimp
  • chili lime seasoning
  • zoodles
  • avocado oil
  • red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 avocado
  • tomatoes
  • jalapeños

Preparation

  1. Bake shrimp at 400°F for 15 minutes with chili lime seasoning sprinkled on top.

  2. Sauté zoodles in avocado oil for 3-4 minutes and top with red pepper flakes.

  3. Mash 1/2 avocado and add tomatoes and jalapeños.

  4. Assemble all ingredients into a bowl for serving.
