Easy 10 Minute Salmon Avocado Zoodles

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of salmon
  • garlic powder
  • pepper
  • salt
  • lemon
  • olive oil
  • zoodles
  • 1/2 avocado

Preparation

  1. Prepare zoodles using a spiralizer or store-bought equivalent.

  2. Season salmon with a sprinkle of garlic powder, pepper, salt, and squeeze lemon on it.

  3. Get a pan hot over medium heat, add olive oil, and cook salmon for 3 minutes on each side.

  4. Sauté zoodles in olive oil for 3-4 minutes over low-medium heat.

  5. Serve with half an avocado.
