Easy 15 Minute Garlic Salmon Dinner
Ingredients
- avocado oil
- wild caught salmon
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- pink Himalayan salt
- 1 medium sweet potato
- kale
- avocado
Preparation
Slice one medium sweet potato into fries and broil on the bottom shelf for 12 minutes.
While sweet potatoes are broiling, heat a skillet over medium heat and add avocado oil once the pan is hot.
Coat the wild caught salmon with a sprinkle of garlic powder, onion powder, and pink Himalayan salt.
Cook the salmon in the skillet for 3 minutes on each side.
Sauté kale separately until tender.
Serve the salmon with broiled sweet potatoes, sautéed kale, and avocado.
