Easy 15 Minute Garlic Salmon Dinner

Ingredients

  • avocado oil
  • wild caught salmon
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • kale
  • avocado

Preparation

  1. Slice one medium sweet potato into fries and broil on the bottom shelf for 12 minutes.

  2. While sweet potatoes are broiling, heat a skillet over medium heat and add avocado oil once the pan is hot.

  3. Coat the wild caught salmon with a sprinkle of garlic powder, onion powder, and pink Himalayan salt.

  4. Cook the salmon in the skillet for 3 minutes on each side.

  5. Sauté kale separately until tender.

  6. Serve the salmon with broiled sweet potatoes, sautéed kale, and avocado.
