Baked Salmon with Sweet Potato and Crispy Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of salmon
  • smoked paprika
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • olive oil
  • frozen brussel sprouts
  • sweet potato

Preparation

  1. Bake sweet potato at 400F for 50 minutes, then turn off oven and leave it in for another 50 minutes to caramelize.

  2. Broil frozen brussel sprouts for about 10 minutes, starting on the bottom oven shelf and moving to the top shelf for crispiness.

  3. Sprinkle salmon with smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  4. Cook seasoned salmon in olive oil over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.

  5. Reheat the baked sweet potato with the broiled brussel sprouts in the oven on broil if needed.
