Spicy Salmon Tacos with Bacon and Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
Salmon
- 1 fillet of salmon
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Chipotle powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Sweet potatoes
- 3 sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Chipotle powder
Bacon
- Bacon

- Salsa
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°F
Sprinkle the garlic powder, smoked paprika, Chipotle powder, and sea salt on the salmon fillet and bake for 12-14 minutes depending on thickness.
Cut sweet potatoes into cubes, mix with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, smoked paprika, and Chipotle powder, then bake at 425°F for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Bake bacon on parchment paper at 425°F for 15-18 minutes.
Assemble the tacos by placing the baked salmon, sweet potatoes, and bacon in tortillas, and top with guacamole and salsa
