Roasted Chickpea Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw sunflower seeds
  • 5 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 - 3/4 tsp sea salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to coat all the seeds

  4. Spread onto your baking sheet in a single layer

  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, mixing halfway through baking time

  6. Cool for at least 10 minutes

  7. Store in a glass container
