Roasted Chickpea Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 cups raw sunflower seeds
- 5 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 - 3/4 tsp sea salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to coat all the seeds
Spread onto your baking sheet in a single layer
Bake for 10-12 minutes, mixing halfway through baking time
Cool for at least 10 minutes
Store in a glass container
