Pasta with Tomato and Red Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • A few roma tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

Preparation

  1. Sauté one large red bell pepper and a few roma tomatoes in olive oil, sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, and garlic powder.

  2. Blend the sautéed mixture in a food processor with 1/3 cup vegetable broth and 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast.

  3. Cook pasta according to package instructions

  4. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce and serve
