Pasta with Tomato and Red Pepper Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 large red bell pepper
- a few roma tomatoes
- olive oil
- sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- garlic powder
- 1/3 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
Preparation
Sauté one large red bell pepper and a few roma tomatoes in olive oil with sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, and garlic powder.
Blend the mixture in a food processor with 1/3 cup vegetable broth and 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast.
This makes real food easy.
