Pasta with Tomato and Red Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • a few roma tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

Preparation

  1. Sauté one large red bell pepper and a few roma tomatoes in olive oil with sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, and garlic powder.

  2. Blend the mixture in a food processor with 1/3 cup vegetable broth and 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast.
