Cashew Based Parm Powder
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashew
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp citric acid (optional)
Preparation
Put all of that into a food processor and pulse until it's a powder
I used twister jar in low speed for about 30 seconds
In a food processor it can take up to 2-3 min but check often and stop once all the big pieces of cashew are gone
Store on the counter in a mason jar
