Cashew Based Parm Powder

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashew
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp citric acid (optional)

Preparation

  1. Put all of that into a food processor and pulse until it's a powder

  2. I used twister jar in low speed for about 30 seconds

  3. In a food processor it can take up to 2-3 min but check often and stop once all the big pieces of cashew are gone

  4. Store on the counter in a mason jar
