Creamy Vegan Cheese Sauce with Potato and Carrot

Easy Vegan Cheese Sauce

  • 1 large peeled and boiled potato
  • 1 large peeled and boiled carrot
  • 2 cups of unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes

Preparation

  1. Boil the potato and carrot until they are soft. Chop them into small chunks.

  2. In a high-speed blender, combine the boiled potato, boiled carrot, unsweetened non-dairy milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and nutritional yeast flakes.

  3. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
