Creamy Vegan Cheese Sauce with Potato and Carrot
Ingredients
Easy Vegan Cheese Sauce
- 1 large peeled and boiled potato
- 1 large peeled and boiled carrot
- 2 cups of unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
Preparation
Boil the potato and carrot until they are soft. Chop them into small chunks.
In a high-speed blender, combine the boiled potato, boiled carrot, unsweetened non-dairy milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and nutritional yeast flakes.
Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
