Crispy Salmon with Broccoli and Garlic Cauliflower Rice
Ingredients
- 1 piece of salmon
- garlic and chipotle seasoning
- olive oil
- broccoli
- cauliflower rice
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
Heat the skillet over medium heat.
Sprinkle garlic and chipotle seasoning on the salmon.
Cook the salmon in olive oil for 3 minutes on each side.
Broil the broccoli at 500°F for 7-8 minutes.
Cook the cauliflower rice in 1 tablespoon of ghee with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
