Crispy Salmon with Broccoli and Garlic Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of salmon
  • garlic and chipotle seasoning
  • olive oil
  • broccoli
  • cauliflower rice
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat.

  2. Sprinkle garlic and chipotle seasoning on the salmon.

  3. Cook the salmon in olive oil for 3 minutes on each side.

  4. Broil the broccoli at 500°F for 7-8 minutes.

  5. Cook the cauliflower rice in 1 tablespoon of ghee with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
