Salmon and Vegetable Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 piece salmon
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Pink Himalayan salt
  • Black pepper
  • Spinach
  • Tomatoes
  • 1/2 avocado

Preparation

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add olive oil once the skillet is hot.

  3. Add the salmon sprinkled with garlic powder, pink Himalayan salt, and pepper, and cook for 3 minutes on each side.

  4. Sauté spinach in a pan until wilted.

  5. Chop tomatoes and slice avocado.

  6. Assemble the salmon, sautéed spinach, tomatoes, and avocado in a bowl.
