Salmon and Vegetable Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 piece salmon
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Pink Himalayan salt
- Black pepper
- Spinach
- Tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado
Preparation
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Add olive oil once the skillet is hot.
Add the salmon sprinkled with garlic powder, pink Himalayan salt, and pepper, and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
Sauté spinach in a pan until wilted.
Chop tomatoes and slice avocado.
Assemble the salmon, sautéed spinach, tomatoes, and avocado in a bowl.
