Crispy Salmon with Broccoli and Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 piece salmon
  • organic Cajun seasoning
  • olive oil
  • frozen broccoli
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

  1. Sprinkle one piece of salmon with organic Cajun seasoning.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  3. Cook the salmon for 3 minutes on each side.

  4. Cook frozen broccoli with a sprinkle of salt and pepper; it takes about 40 minutes.

  5. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  6. Toss potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  7. Bake the potatoes at 400°F for 35 minutes.
