Crispy Salmon with Broccoli and Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 piece salmon
- organic Cajun seasoning
- olive oil
- frozen broccoli
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for potatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
Sprinkle one piece of salmon with organic Cajun seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook the salmon for 3 minutes on each side.
Cook frozen broccoli with a sprinkle of salt and pepper; it takes about 40 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Toss potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Bake the potatoes at 400°F for 35 minutes.
