Easy Salmon with Plant-Based Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- Cashew-based cheese sauce
- Salmon
- Olive oil
- Chickpea pasta
- 1/4 avocado
- Tomatoes
Preparation
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Add a little olive oil to the skillet.
Place the salmon in the skillet and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
Boil the chickpea pasta until done.
Warm the cashew-based cheese sauce.
Mix the warmed cheese sauce with 1/4 avocado and tomatoes.
