Easy Salmon with Plant-Based Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • Cashew-based cheese sauce
  • Salmon
  • Olive oil
  • Chickpea pasta
  • 1/4 avocado
  • Tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add a little olive oil to the skillet.

  3. Place the salmon in the skillet and cook for 3 minutes on each side.

  4. Boil the chickpea pasta until done.

  5. Warm the cashew-based cheese sauce.

  6. Mix the warmed cheese sauce with 1/4 avocado and tomatoes.
