Cast Iron Salmon with Seasoning and Veggies
Ingredients
- 1 piece of salmon
- @primalpalate new bae seasoning
- @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil
- zucchini
- potatoes
- Brussels sprouts
- 1/2 avocado
- Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning
- tomatoes
Preparation
Cook salmon in cast iron skillet with avocado oil for 3 minutes on each side, seasoned with new bae seasoning.
Cook zucchini in avocado oil.
Roast Brussels sprouts and potatoes at 400F for 35 minutes.
Add 1/2 avocado seasoned with Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning.
Include tomatoes in the plate.
