Cast Iron Salmon with Seasoning and Veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of salmon
  • @primalpalate new bae seasoning
  • @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil
  • zucchini
  • potatoes
  • Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning
  • tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Cook salmon in cast iron skillet with avocado oil for 3 minutes on each side, seasoned with new bae seasoning.

  2. Cook zucchini in avocado oil.

  3. Roast Brussels sprouts and potatoes at 400F for 35 minutes.

  4. Add 1/2 avocado seasoned with Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning.

  5. Include tomatoes in the plate.
