Simple Skillet Salmon with Zucchini and Quinoa
Ingredients
- 1 piece of salmon
- avocado oil
- new bae seasoning
- zucchini
- tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado
- red pepper flakes
- quinoa
Preparation
Sauté the zucchini.
Cook the salmon in a cast iron skillet with avocado oil and new bae seasoning for 3 minutes on each side.
Combine the cooked salmon with tomatoes, avocado sprinkled with red pepper flakes, and quinoa.
