Simple Skillet Salmon with Zucchini and Quinoa

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of salmon
  • avocado oil
  • new bae seasoning
  • zucchini
  • tomatoes
  • 1/2 avocado
  • red pepper flakes
  • quinoa

Preparation

  1. Sauté the zucchini.

  2. Cook the salmon in a cast iron skillet with avocado oil and new bae seasoning for 3 minutes on each side.

  3. Combine the cooked salmon with tomatoes, avocado sprinkled with red pepper flakes, and quinoa.
