Grilled Salmon Bowl with Fresh Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 piece of salmon
- mushrooms
- zucchini
- fresh tomato
- 1/2 avocado
- quinoa
- avocado oil
- new bae seasoning
- pink Himalayan salt
- red pepper flakes
Preparation
Grill the salmon in a cast iron skillet for 3 minutes on each side using avocado oil and new bae seasoning.
Sauté the mushrooms and zucchini.
Season the fresh tomato with pink Himalayan salt.
Season the avocado with red pepper flakes.
Assemble all components into a bowl with quinoa.
