Reheated Chicken and Vegetable Lunch

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of chicken
  • BBQ seasoning
  • 1/2 avocado
  • red pepper flakes
  • carrot noodles
  • zucchini
  • mushrooms
  • Brussels sprouts

Preparation

  1. Bake chicken at 400°F for 30 minutes with BBQ seasoning

  2. Sauté zucchini and mushrooms until tender

  3. Roast Brussels sprouts until crispy

  4. Reheat the frozen chicken in a cast iron skillet.

  5. Slice avocado and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.

  6. Assemble all components with carrot noodles on a plate
