Reheated Chicken and Vegetable Lunch
Ingredients
- 1 piece of chicken
- BBQ seasoning
- 1/2 avocado
- red pepper flakes
- carrot noodles
- zucchini
- mushrooms
- Brussels sprouts
Preparation
Bake chicken at 400°F for 30 minutes with BBQ seasoning
Sauté zucchini and mushrooms until tender
Roast Brussels sprouts until crispy
Reheat the frozen chicken in a cast iron skillet.
Slice avocado and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
Assemble all components with carrot noodles on a plate
