Healthy Baked Chicken and Veggie Bowl

Ingredients

  • chicken
  • BBQ seasoning
  • asparagus
  • everyday seasoning
  • 1/2 avocado
  • red pepper flakes
  • tomatoes
  • sweet potato chips

Preparation

  1. Bake chicken at 400°F for 30 minutes with BBQ seasoning.

  2. Bake asparagus at 400°F for 15 minutes with everyday seasoning.

  3. Bake sweet potato chips at 400°F for 20 minutes on each side.

  4. Assemble the bowl with chicken, asparagus, sweet potato chips, 1/2 avocado, red pepper flakes, and tomatoes.
