Quick Mediterranean Egg Quinoa Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- Mediterranean quinoa
- 1/2 avocado
- Red pepper flakes
- Tomatoes
Preparation
Soft boil the egg for 7 minutes in boiling water, then place in cold water to cool.
Chop the avocado and tomatoes.
Assemble all ingredients in a bowl, adding red pepper flakes for seasoning.
