Meal Prepped Chicken and Buttery Zoodles
Ingredients
- 1 piece chicken
- BBQ seasoning
- zucchini noodles
- garlic ghee
- red pepper flakes
- 0.5 avocado
- Brussels sprouts
- tomatoes
Preparation
If meal prepping, preheat oven to 400°F and roast chicken with BBQ seasoning for 30 minutes.
If meal prepping, roast Brussels sprouts at 400°F for 40 minutes.
For the meal, sauté zucchini noodles in garlic ghee with red pepper flakes for 4-5 minutes.
Heat the prepped chicken and Brussels sprouts in a cast iron skillet to keep them crispy.
Add fresh avocado and tomatoes to assemble the dish.
Tip: Heating in a skillet instead of a microwave maintains freshness and crispiness.
