Salmon with Sautéed Zoodles and Roasted Brussels

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of salmon
  • avocado oil
  • new bae seasoning
  • Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 avocado
  • pink Himalayan salt
  • tomatoes
  • zucchini
  • garlic ghee
  • red pepper flakes

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and roast Brussels sprouts for 45 minutes.

  2. Cook salmon in a cast iron skillet with avocado oil and new bae seasoning over medium heat for 3 minutes per side.

  3. Spiralize zucchini to make zoodles using a kitchen attachment.

  4. Sauté the zoodles in garlic ghee.

  5. Sprinkle 1/2 avocado with pink Himalayan salt.

  6. Add tomatoes to the dish.

  7. Top the zoodles with red pepper flakes.
