Salmon with Sautéed Zoodles and Roasted Brussels
Ingredients
- 1 piece of salmon
- avocado oil
- new bae seasoning
- Brussels sprouts
- 1/2 avocado
- pink Himalayan salt
- tomatoes
- zucchini
- garlic ghee
- red pepper flakes
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F and roast Brussels sprouts for 45 minutes.
Cook salmon in a cast iron skillet with avocado oil and new bae seasoning over medium heat for 3 minutes per side.
Spiralize zucchini to make zoodles using a kitchen attachment.
Sauté the zoodles in garlic ghee.
Sprinkle 1/2 avocado with pink Himalayan salt.
Add tomatoes to the dish.
Top the zoodles with red pepper flakes.
