Healthy Salmon and Veggie Lunch Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of salmon
  • avocado oil
  • adobe seasoning
  • zucchini
  • mushrooms
  • 1/2 avocado
  • sweet potato
  • tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Cook salmon in avocado oil with adobe seasoning for 3 minutes on each side.

  2. Roast zucchini.

  3. Sauté mushrooms.

  4. Bake sweet potato.

  5. Assemble all ingredients in a bowl.
