Healthy Salmon and Veggie Lunch Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 piece of salmon
- avocado oil
- adobe seasoning
- zucchini
- mushrooms
- 1/2 avocado
- sweet potato
- tomatoes
Preparation
Cook salmon in avocado oil with adobe seasoning for 3 minutes on each side.
Roast zucchini.
Sauté mushrooms.
Bake sweet potato.
Assemble all ingredients in a bowl.
