Savory Salmon and Vegetable Lunch Bowl
Ingredients
- salmon
- 1/2 avocado
- spinach
- zucchini
- mushrooms
- sweet potatoes
- avocado oil
- New bae seasoning
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F and roast sweet potatoes for 40 minutes.
Cook salmon in avocado oil over medium heat for 3 minutes per side, using New bae seasoning.
Sauté spinach, zucchini, and mushrooms until tender.
Assemble all components in a bowl for serving.
