Spicy Sriracha Salmon with Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 tsp avocado oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp mild chili powder
- 1/2 tsp sriracha
- sprinkle of salt
- salmon fillet
- mushrooms
- sweet potatoes
- zucchini
- avocado
- tomatoes
Preparation
In a small bowl, mix together 1 tsp avocado oil, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp mild chili powder, 1/2 tsp sriracha, and a sprinkle of salt.
Use a knife to spread the mixture onto the salmon.
Cook the salmon over medium heat in avocado oil for 3 minutes on each side.
Sauté mushrooms until tender.
If not using leftovers, bake sweet potatoes at 400F for 30 minutes.
Sauté zucchini until tender.
Mash the avocado.
Serve with tomatoes.
