Honey Balsamic Salmon Salad
Ingredients
- 3 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Avocado oil
- Shaved Brussels sprouts
- Sweet potatoes
Preparation
Mix honey, garlic powder, and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl.
Coat a pan with avocado oil and heat over medium heat.
Add salmon fillets and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
Add the honey balsamic mixture and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
In another pan, sauté shaved Brussels sprouts in avocado oil over medium heat until tender.
Preheat oven to 425°F Cube sweet potatoes, toss with oil and spices like salt, pepper, and chili powder, and roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy
