Honey Garlic Sesame Salmon with Pan Fried Potatoes
Ingredients
- salmon
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic
- avocado oil
- potatoes
Preparation
Mix together 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, and 1 tsp garlic.
Put a little of the sauce in the pan and cook salmon for 4 minutes on each side over high heat.
Turn off heat, add the rest of the sauce, and flip to coat.
Pan fry potatoes in avocado oil.
Dress the salad with a little bit of the leftover sauce.
