Honey Garlic Sesame Salmon with Pan Fried Potatoes

Ingredients

  • salmon
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • avocado oil
  • potatoes

Preparation

  1. Mix together 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, and 1 tsp garlic.

  2. Put a little of the sauce in the pan and cook salmon for 4 minutes on each side over high heat.

  3. Turn off heat, add the rest of the sauce, and flip to coat.

  4. Pan fry potatoes in avocado oil.

  5. Dress the salad with a little bit of the leftover sauce.
