Honey Chipotle Shrimp with Zoodles and Kale

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pound washed and peeled shrimp

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix together the avocado oil, chipotle powder, garlic powder, coconut aminos, and honey

  2. Add the mixture to a bag with the washed and peeled shrimp and let marinate for 5-20 minutes

  3. Cook the marinated shrimp in a skillet over medium heat until nice and crispy, about 10 minutes

  4. Sauté kale and mushrooms until softened

  5. Prepare zoodles and toss with a little spice
