Honey Chipotle Shrimp with Zoodles and Kale
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 pound washed and peeled shrimp
Preparation
In a bowl, mix together the avocado oil, chipotle powder, garlic powder, coconut aminos, and honey
Add the mixture to a bag with the washed and peeled shrimp and let marinate for 5-20 minutes
Cook the marinated shrimp in a skillet over medium heat until nice and crispy, about 10 minutes
Sauté kale and mushrooms until softened
Prepare zoodles and toss with a little spice
