10-Minute Spicy Baked Salmon
Ingredients
- Salmon
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Side vegetables
- Sweet potatoes
- Brussels sprouts
- Tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado
- Red pepper flakes
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450°F
Coat the salmon with a mixture of 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon sea salt.
Bake the salmon at 450°F for 8 minutes.
Broil the salmon for 2 minutes to crisp.
Vegetable
For sweet potato fries: Cut sweet potatoes into fry shapes, bake at 400°F for 40 minutes.
For brussels sprouts: Roast at 400°F for 35 minutes with seasoning, then broil for a few minutes at the end
Serve with tomatoes and 1/2 avocado sprinkled with red pepper flakes.
