10-Minute Spicy Baked Salmon

Ingredients

  • Salmon
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Side vegetables

  • Sweet potatoes
  • Brussels sprouts
  • Tomatoes
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Red pepper flakes

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F

  2. Coat the salmon with a mixture of 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon sea salt.

  3. Bake the salmon at 450°F for 8 minutes.

  4. Broil the salmon for 2 minutes to crisp.

Vegetable

  1. For sweet potato fries: Cut sweet potatoes into fry shapes, bake at 400°F for 40 minutes.

  2. For brussels sprouts: Roast at 400°F for 35 minutes with seasoning, then broil for a few minutes at the end

  3. Serve with tomatoes and 1/2 avocado sprinkled with red pepper flakes.
