Healthy Meal Prep Chicken and Veggie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 piece chicken
- 1/2 avocado
- sweet potato fries
- tomato
- mushrooms
- asparagus
Preparation
Bake chicken at 400°F for 30 minutes with barbecue seasoning.
Reheat baked chicken in a skillet if prepared in advance.
Bake sweet potato fries at 400°F for 20 minutes on each side.
Broil asparagus in the oven for 10 minutes.
Sauté mushrooms until cooked.
Slice avocado and tomato.
Assemble all ingredients in a bowl for serving.
