Healthy Meal Prep Chicken and Veggie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 piece chicken
  • 1/2 avocado
  • sweet potato fries
  • tomato
  • mushrooms
  • asparagus

Preparation

  1. Bake chicken at 400°F for 30 minutes with barbecue seasoning.

  2. Reheat baked chicken in a skillet if prepared in advance.

  3. Bake sweet potato fries at 400°F for 20 minutes on each side.

  4. Broil asparagus in the oven for 10 minutes.

  5. Sauté mushrooms until cooked.

  6. Slice avocado and tomato.

  7. Assemble all ingredients in a bowl for serving.
