Grilled Salmon with Sautéed Zucchini and Roasted Brussels
Ingredients
- 1 piece of salmon
- Trader Joe’s chili lime seasoning
- zucchini
- Primal Kitchen avocado oil
- Primal Palate adobo seasoning
- Brussels sprouts
- tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado
- red pepper flakes
Preparation
Cook salmon in a cast iron pan with chili lime seasoning for 3 minutes on each side.
Sauté zucchini in avocado oil with adobo seasoning.
Roast Brussels sprouts at 400°F for 40 minutes.
Add tomatoes and season avocado with red pepper flakes.
