Grilled Salmon with Sautéed Zucchini and Roasted Brussels

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of salmon
  • Trader Joe’s chili lime seasoning
  • zucchini
  • Primal Kitchen avocado oil
  • Primal Palate adobo seasoning
  • Brussels sprouts
  • tomatoes
  • 1/2 avocado
  • red pepper flakes

Preparation

  1. Cook salmon in a cast iron pan with chili lime seasoning for 3 minutes on each side.

  2. Sauté zucchini in avocado oil with adobo seasoning.

  3. Roast Brussels sprouts at 400°F for 40 minutes.

  4. Add tomatoes and season avocado with red pepper flakes.
