Turkey Burger and Vegetable Lunch Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 turkey burgers
- quinoa
- Brussels sprouts
- zucchini
- onion
- tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado
- avocado oil
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F
Roast Brussels sprouts at 400°F for 45 minutes.
In a cast iron skillet, sauté zucchini and onion with avocado oil until crispy, and heat turkey burgers.
Assemble all ingredients together, adding fresh tomatoes and avocado.
