Reheated Salmon with Avocado and Cauliflower Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 1 piece salmon
  • pepper
  • garlic
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 avocado
  • cauliflower gnocchi
  • vegan pesto
  • tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Thaw salmon in the fridge for 30 to 60 minutes.

  2. Reheat salmon in a cast iron skillet with a little oil for 2 to 3 minutes.

  3. Sprinkle salmon with pepper, garlic, and olive oil during preparation or reheating.

  4. Serve paired with 1/2 avocado and cauliflower gnocchi mixed with vegan pesto and tomatoes.
