Reheated Salmon with Avocado and Cauliflower Gnocchi
Ingredients
- 1 piece salmon
- pepper
- garlic
- olive oil
- 1/2 avocado
- cauliflower gnocchi
- vegan pesto
- tomatoes
Preparation
Thaw salmon in the fridge for 30 to 60 minutes.
Reheat salmon in a cast iron skillet with a little oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Sprinkle salmon with pepper, garlic, and olive oil during preparation or reheating.
Serve paired with 1/2 avocado and cauliflower gnocchi mixed with vegan pesto and tomatoes.
