Quick Leftover Shrimp and Mushroom Pasta
Ingredients
- Leftover chickpea pasta
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Sprinkle of red pepper flakes
- Leftover seasoned shrimp
- Mushrooms
- Spinach
- 1/2 avocado
Preparation
Thaw the leftover shrimp in a cast iron skillet.
In the skillet, combine avocado oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
Mix in the leftover chickpea pasta.
Add the mushrooms, spinach, and seasoned shrimp.
Incorporate the avocado and serve.
