Simple Salmon Lunch with Veggies
Ingredients
- 1 piece of salmon
- Aldi avocado oil
- Primal Palate new bae seasoning
- Frozen broccoli
- 1/2 avocado
- Cauliflower rice
- Trader Joe's African smoke seasoning
Preparation
Cook salmon in Aldi avocado oil on a cast iron skillet grill at medium heat for 3 minutes on each side with Primal Palate new bae seasoning.
Broil frozen broccoli on the middle oven shelf for 10-15 minutes with the same seasoning to avoid burning on the top shelf.
Top cauliflower rice with Trader Joe's African smoke seasoning.
Add 1/2 avocado to the meal for serving.
