Simple Salmon Lunch with Veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of salmon
  • Aldi avocado oil
  • Primal Palate new bae seasoning
  • Frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Cauliflower rice
  • Trader Joe's African smoke seasoning

Preparation

  1. Cook salmon in Aldi avocado oil on a cast iron skillet grill at medium heat for 3 minutes on each side with Primal Palate new bae seasoning.

  2. Broil frozen broccoli on the middle oven shelf for 10-15 minutes with the same seasoning to avoid burning on the top shelf.

  3. Top cauliflower rice with Trader Joe's African smoke seasoning.

  4. Add 1/2 avocado to the meal for serving.
