Homemade Vegan Pizza Dough with Toppings
Ingredients
- 600g strong flour
- 1 tsp fast action yeast
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 50ml olive oil
- 420ml water
Toppings and sauce
- artichoke hearts
- red onion
- black olives
- mushrooms
- capers
- good quality passata
- dried basil
- oregano
Preparation
Mix the ingredients to form a dough.
Knead for 10 minutes.
Leave to prove in a warm place until doubled in size.
Divide the dough and roll out into pizza bases.
Flour your trays to prevent sticking.
Assembly
For the sauce, use good quality passata and sprinkle dried basil and oregano over the top.
Add favorite toppings such as artichoke hearts, red onion, black olives, mushrooms, and capers.
Typically make 6 small pizzas or 4 larger ones, and enjoy!
