Homemade Vegan Pizza with Spelt Flour

Ingredients

  • 400g spelt flour, Type 630
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 ml lukewarm water

Preparation

  1. Put the flour and salt in a bowl and press a hollow in the middle. Add oil, lukewarm water, sugar and finally the yeast.

  2. Allow the yeast to activate briefly, then knead a nice soft dough using the kitchen machine.

  3. Let the dough rest for an hour. Then preheat the oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat and bake the pizza for about 15-20 minutes
