Raspberry Nice Cream
Ingredients
- one half of a pineapple
- 4 frozen bananas sliced
- 1 cup of frozen raspberries
- 1/3 cup of melted dark chocolate chips (we used @enjoylifefoods)
- 1/4 cup of raw cashews
- half a banana sliced
- a few pinches of pink himalayan salt
Preparation
Scoop out flesh of pineapple, slice into chunks and set aside
Melt chocolate by double boiling, place cashews into bowl and roll until completely covered in chocolate, remove and set onto parchment paper and sprinkle a few pinches of salt on top, place cashews in freezer for a few minutes to harden
In a blender or food processor blend together bananas and raspberries until smooth
Place nice cream into pineapple bowl, top with cashews, pineapple chunks, sliced banana, garnish with fresh raspberry pieces, coconut flakes, and enjoy???? #threebunnies
