Almond Cacao Truffles
Ingredients
- 2 cups medjool dates (16 - remove pits)
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 2 tbs coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
Preparation
Place all ingredients into food processor, process until stick dough forms
Roll 2 tsps of mixture into balls
Store in airtight container in fridge or freezer
