Almond Date Cacao Truffles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups medjool dates (16 - remove pits)
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into food processor and process until sticky dough forms

  2. Roll 2 teaspoons of mixture into balls

  3. Store in airtight container in fridge or freezer and enjoy
