Oat Almond Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 1 egg (or flax/chia egg)
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • Vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsps water or veggie milk

Preparation

  1. Mix all the flours with the sugar and egg.

  2. Add the vanilla essence and mix well.

  3. Add the 2 tablespoons of water.

  4. Use your hands to form the cookies.

  5. Transfer the cookies to an oven at 175°C or to a slightly greased pan on minimum heat, cover, and cook for 11 minutes.
