Oat Almond Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup ground almonds
- 1 egg (or flax/chia egg)
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- Vanilla essence
- 2 tbsps water or veggie milk
Preparation
Mix all the flours with the sugar and egg.
Add the vanilla essence and mix well.
Add the 2 tablespoons of water.
Use your hands to form the cookies.
Transfer the cookies to an oven at 175°C or to a slightly greased pan on minimum heat, cover, and cook for 11 minutes.
